I’m Tim Schmidt, based in Burgkunstadt, Germany. Through Schmidt Consulting I build websites for US contractors and trade businesses: pages that explain your services, show where you work and make it easy to request an estimate.
Websites, service-area SEO and practical automation belong together. A new request should land in your office with the details you need, not get retyped from an email. I map that path first, then connect only the steps that save real time.

Design gets attention. Then the page has to answer what a homeowner or property manager wants to know: What do you do? Which areas do you serve? Why trust you? How do I get an estimate?
Those answers shape the service pages, the search foundations and the inquiry form. The result should work for the person reading it and for the team that calls them back.
